I went in with a Wednesday afternoon appointment for a simple oil change and tire alignment. Well, while aligning my tires, they broke a tire rod. Four hours later, (after 3 separate instances of telling me only a half hour longer), they finally told me the bad news. They damaged my vehicle, and did not have the part to fix it. So I had to wait 2 days for the part to ship to their store. They call me Friday morning to tell me it is fixed and ready for pick up. I didn't rush, in fact, I showed up 3 hours after their phone call only to find my car on the rack still being fixed! It goes without saying, but I will never stop in even if my car were to break down directly in front of a Dobbs Tire & Auto.
