New to exploring this part of town, I stopped by this salon to check on services offered and a price list and was completely ignored by all staff as I sat in the waiting room 7-10 minutes. Absolutely no acknowledgment. A patron should not have to make an introductory move at a business. A cursory, 2-second verbal acknowledgment would have been professional from staff.
