Stay away!Advertises $39 service call but trying to charge us $130 because he had to come back a second time because he didn't know Samsung refrigerators and needed to do some research on the internet first.When he did come by to give us an idea of what is wrong with our fridge, he had my husband take it apart because he said he didn't know how to.After looking at it for 15 min., he determined that he had to be the control panel.He then stood in my kitchen complaining about politics while I said nothing (charging me under the disguise of "labor") He then left my fridge unplugged and apart.He said, "Your husband can put that back together when he gets home".He said he would give us a quote on the control panel Mon. Mon. there was a message that he found one for a little over $100. I HAD THE DISTINCT PLEASURE IN BEING SEEN BY DR. ALICE, I HAD WONDERED WHY SHE WAS SO EASY TO GET IN TO SEE. SHE WAS NICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE , BUT DECEIVING. SHE TOLD ME JUST TRY THE H D LENSES AND IF YOU DO NOT LIKE THEM I WILL CHANGE THEM OUT. THAT WAS LAST AUGUST AND EVERY TIME I COMPLAIN ABOUT THE LENSES, I HAVE TO COME IN, AND ONE TIME I WAS EVEN TOLD THAT THEY DID NOT ORDER THE H D LENSES THAT DR. ALICE HAD FIRST STATED THEY ORDERED, THEY ORDERED A DIFFERENT KIND. THEY ACT LIKE YOU ARE STUPID, H D LENSES HAVE DIFFERENT PRISMS THAN REGULAR GLASSES.
