Purchased 15x30'x54" Influence(WilBar/Aqualeader) pool at THE GREAT ESCAPE-TINLEY PARK,IL. Installed May 11th&12th 2011 by CENTURY POOLS INC.- DARIEN,IL.(The Great Escape's Installer) On the day after installation we observed that the pool's top rails were leaning out & the supports were poking through the liner. Sinkholes & divots worsened as the days passed. I contacted the pool store 5/13 the day after installation(w/photos & written description of defects) about my concerns & the installer was also notified.We were told to proceed with building our deck.No one would come look at it & they told me this was fine for a full month! Now pool must come down.Deck is built now. Pool was installed ALL Wrong. Measurements are wrong,supports intentionally not leveled or plumb,rails not level.nothing fits correctly.They were actually fighting me because I insisted they follow the manufacturer's instructions! I would not trust this company at all and am filing suit against them for placing my pool in the wrong place. Since then I had to take my pool down to comply with Tinley Park ordanances even though I had a permit. This is all costing a fortune and pool a rama states they are not responsible. ...read more
