I HAVE BEEN USING DYNASTY FOR MY JEWELRY NEEDS FOR AT LEAST 13 YEARS. MY HUSBAND HAD THEM DO MY WEDDING AND ENGAGEMENT RINGS THERE. I DO NOT SPEND A HUGE AMOUNT OF MONEY AND THEY TREAT ME AS IF I AM A CUSTOMER THAT DOES! I TRUST THEIR JUDGEMENT AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HONEST WITH ME. My husband bought my engagement ring at Dynasty 5 years ago. They serviced us during this time and have taken great care of us. Recently I lost my rings and have since moved from being in close proximity to Dynasty. I shopped around and came right back to them! They have wonderful service and are willing to do what it takes to make this uncomfortable process seamless. They worked with our insurance company and designed and created a new ring that I am beyond happy with! I would recommend them to everyone.
