I researched several regional and national aviation management companies. Executive Flight Management was poitively different from the first call. They listened! It was obvious they care. We challenged their operations, maintenance and adminstrative staff with our research. They answered every question clearly. They even added our company as additionally insured to their aircraft fleet policy. Their aircraft are exceptionally clean. Every detail including ground transportation, catering has been perfect every time. They have accurately planned, recommended and executed trips with remarkable accurracy and also maintain a great sense of humor. We can be a challenging customer. Both our CEO and CFO were pleased to learn about aviation options from EFM's President, Lincoln Francis. We have learned that his expertise is truly based on experience.
