Can't believe these people. I don't know if this place is a lawn mower repair shop, dish washer repair, or cell phone store?? They claim to be an auto garage. They charged me $35.09 for a regular oil change. I though the tire rotation was free, they had an add in smart cirlce for free tire rotation with any service. They charged me $19.99 for the rotation, I'm not certain that they did, by the way. And $35 for the oil change my bill including tax, disposal fee ?! was $63 for a basic lube and oil. I live in aurora, I decided to give them a try. I found coolant spots in the drive way under my engine. It appeared to be coolant. I had my vehicle inspected.... ( it took them 2 hours to go out to the parking lot and look under the hood ) that is there inspection. Charles Crisci the owner gave me a estimate for $3800 to replace my engine. I was very confused, why did I need an engine?? I took the car to fire stone. They told me the plastic thermostat housing was leaking, after performing a proper inspection and a cooling system pressure test. I had the performed there. It cost me only $221 not $3800 that Charlie qouted me. I called to ask Charlie why he qouted me that much, he called fire stone idiots and said there is no such cooling system pressure test. My car is running great and its been 6 months since the repair, it seems Charles Crisci is the real idiot and midwest " Rip off " should be there title. Thank you Brian Stolp ...read more

The owner Charlie is very frugal and cheap. The shop has no working Lift or Racks- He has 1 Illegal Immigrant ( non mechanic ) Working for him. They were a quick lube oil place until- only 4 years ago they started doing service. In their shop they have washers/dryers (attempting to fix) and lawn mowers etc. This is not a real Auto Service Facility. They over charge the customer, - I had a fuse replaced on my Linc. Navigator- it took the mechanic 5 mn- after I stated the problem to him- he charged me $62 ! - They charged my friend $700 to install a trans shift cable in his Silverado- a 2 hour job $200 ticket turned to $700, they had the truck there for over a week! Horrible place, Jeff the service manager can't even read a simple wiring diagram - only has a high school education- no formal automotive training. The owner Charlie - is very frugal and runs multiple scams out of that shop ( Ware house ). Be WARNED DO NOT GO THERE!!! ...read more
