I have had a very poor experience with this "company." I wish not to elaborte as I may look into further legal options. Ask yourself this question, would you feel comfortable working with a company that gave you good service while they were attempting to "sell" you a trailer or home at Woodhaven Lakes or in the Dixon or Sublette area but after the sale, when their was a problem, you no longer existed? That is when most home owner's need help. We sure did. What is most amusing to me is that I see signs as I enter into Woodhaven advertising their website. They can not retain their current customers; I would never recommend them. They sold me a trailer with with mechanical problems that prevented me from enjoying the seasons with my family. Funny thing is, I have a few friends who are interested in properties!!! So, I guess Blue Jay is the real looser now aren't they. Run, Don't Walk...
