Our family used her service three times for our teenage child, the first time I thought she was undermining my authority scolding me in front of our child, the second time I was sure, the third time my spouse met with her and suggested I was being awful. We altered our parenting methods followed her instrucions exactly for less than 48 hours and out teen ran away from home. I gave her one star instead of none because that is not an option.
