Kim, the owner, is one very sweet lady. Always ready to please, she treats you like you want to be treated. Relax with a glass of wine, water or tea while enjoying the atmosphere. It is a very relaxing atmosphere, not rushed. She was in Litchfield for several years before opening her salon in Springfield. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I have been in there several times, and I have never had a great experience. but this weeks was the mother load. I spent 9.25 hours in side the salon to try to get my hair fixed. They burnt my head, damaged my folicals, ripped me off, hurt me physically and emotionally and humiliated me. They turned my hair orange while trying to give me some simple highlights. long story short I left there with no highlights, dark brown hair and no refund. I paid $108 for color and did not get even close to what I ordered. How do you like them apples:) ...read more
