On February 12, 2013, I was in Springfield, Illinois from Orlando, Florida for business. As we all know the best laid plans don�t always work. I found myself in a strange town, did not know a sole, and was faced with an urgent need for a professional scanning company. Frantic and not familiar with the area I turned to Google to find what I needed. That is where I came across a gem known to you locals as Record Systems, Inc. The combination of their warmth and professionalism saved me that week. Due to the unseen obstacles, I had to extend my stay in Springfield from 2 days to a week. Record Systems, Inc. was able to handle my project quickly, efficiently, and in the time frame I needed to have it completed. This was no easy scanning project either. Barb Burris and Don Burris along with their staff had a very busy schedule that week but took the time to help me. They went above and beyond, and I cannot say enough about what it meant to me to have them on my side of this project while I was in Springfield.
