We would rate Prarie Land Title Co 0 or -1 . One star is very high rating for them. We had a closing day on Sep 30 at noon. We went at the office and personally arranged it with their agent Cathy Ray and asked her about the process and the requirements.A few days before Sep 30 we received a phone call that our appointment was double booked and moved to Sep 29. We had to rearrange our moving day. Then again another phone call that the closing day was moved back to Sep 30. The Prairie Land Company Co missed to add to the Settlement Statement the Prorated Homeowner"s association fee and when we called them the same agent Cathy Ray said that they were not inform about that. We used the services of Lincoln Land Title company when purchasing our house and they were inform about the homeowner"s association without expecting the customers to do that for them.
