Great cleaning company if you are in the Springfield, Illinois area. I had them come clean my company's office because our carpet were starting to give off a mildew smell. They were very professional and arrive on time. They offered a great deal and were able to complete the job in a timely manner. They did floor cleaning and carpet cleaning and an entire office clean as well, so when the employees came into work the next Monday, they were all as pleasantly surprised as I was. I signed an agreement wtih them to install a paver patio. They may sound like they know what they are talkin g about, but fail to execute. You never know when they will come to work and when you ask, Tony (the owner) says that he will be there tomorrow, but never shows. After over promising and under delivering, I finally had to stop the project and ask for a refund of the down payment (the patio is sloping towards the house, the foundation is 1/2" instead of 4", adn the pavers wabble when you walk on them). When I asked for a refund, Tony said no and that I would have to take him to court to get anything back. Using Nice Guys is not worth it, no matter what bid he gives you. ...read more

Their level of service is unacceptable and disturbing. I placed four containers full of garbage outside, on my driveway believing Illini Disposal Inc. would, do what I paid them to do, dispose of my family's trash. Illini disposal Inc. left two garbage containers on our driveway, which inevitably, blew over and scattered lose trash throughout my lawn and landscaping. When I returned home after work to see what had occurred in my yard, I immediately called Illini Disposal Inc. to see why they did not dispose of all the containers. The rude women on the telephone claimed two containers was "their limit" and I was “lucky” they took four containers in the past. It was the first time I had heard of their two-container limit. If that is the case, they need to explicitly state so prior to service. I could not be more disappointed in Illini Disposal Inc., and I hope this review will be of value to you. ...read more
