i lost my names and addresses on my cell phone. Panicked!!! Went to the Skokie location and was lucky enough to find Voltaire there. He brought everything back in about 4 seconds flat! This morning I bought a phone from the T-Mobile store, but found out I had to return it, which I did literally (!!) within 15 minutes of purchasing it. It was still unopened, with the receipt, I had barely made it out of the mall parking lot. I went to return it and the idiots in the store tell me I have to pay a $50 restocking fee. There is a $50 fee for walking 15 feet and putting it back on a shelf. We're corporate customers and have been with T-Mobile for the last five years. They lost 7 lines over a $50 restocking fee, then scratch their heads wondering why they're bleeding customers. ...read more

Gave me an estimate to replace the screen of my smartphone of $110. Once they had the phone, they informed me the SAME REPAIR would be $180-- they made a "mistake" in their quote. Got the phone back from them and sent it to the manufacturer. They replaced the screen for $105. ...read more
