I went today at about 1pm to get a money order without getting a receipt. the clerk asked me to write down the names on the money order on a piece of paper. when i got home i realized the clerk had misspelled one of the names on the money order so i called and he told me that it was my fault because he had asked me verbally if that was the name which sounded right but he hadn't written correctly like i had written.\r\n\r\nwhen i went back there he still blamed me and didn't even want to give me another money order and was going to give me my cash back. after asking politely and nicely to just give me a new money order he told me he didn't want me going there again. when i left he kept giving me the finger and we ended up yelling at each other. \r\n\r\nthat was just disgusting customer service and i don't know how they have people so rude like that working there. i was a regular customer because i live close and had no choice but i will never subject myself to that type of horrible treatment. basically all the people who work there always look so mad and rude its disgusting. it gives the currency exchange business a really bad name. horrible horrible horrible experience!!! ...read more
