Brush Rite Painting Incorporated

Brush Rite Painting did a great job. Bob and his team worked around my time schedule, they started on time, finished on time and cleaned up before they left the house. My decorating tastes trend toward using multiple colors in every room, some of them dark in tone, but all the rooms look great. The price was reasonable too! Bob, job well done! Thank You! Ida V. Steps to take when preparing to hire a painting Contractor
There are two very important steps you should take when you are hiring a painting contractor. These days, anyone who has ever held a paint brush now believes they are a professional painter. Prior to hiring you should first have them provide you with a certificate of insurance. This certificate lets you know you are protected. Finally, if the business is incorporated you can check there status with the state of illinois on www.ilsos.com This will tell you many things about the business. First-is the corporation in good-standing with the state or has it been dissolved by the state, Second-this will tell you who the officers (owners) of the corporation are-and finally it will tell you exactly when that business became incorporated by the state of illinois. To maneuver your way to this page click the link above. Then go to Business Services-choose UCC Online filings. Choose Corporate /LLC/ Search/Certificate of good standing. Then choose-Search the realtime corporate/LLC database. This will take you to the search page. In step one choose Corporation/LLC and in step 2 choose search by name. Type in the business name in the field provided then click submit. You will be directed to that company's Secretary of State corporate page. I know this seems like a lot of steps but in the long run it will be well worth your while. Anyone can buy vehicle sign and stick it on their truck or van and call themselves a business! Preparing for Spring
It may not seem like it now, but soon Spring will be here. Now is a good time to start thinking about about the exterior surfaces of your home. Cedar siding, fencing and decks all need proper maintenance. Wood replacement can be very costly compared to the cost of staining. Cedar siding should be stained at a minimum of every six to seven years. Is it time for yours to be done? Deck floors, depending on how much sun exposure, should be stained at least every two years. Deck rails should be done every other time the floor is stained. The wood trim on your home, depending on sun exposure, with a good paint product should last about five years. Protect and preserve your most valuable asset. If there is anything we can do for you please give us a call.
