Ava was a very nice woman, don't get me wrong, but the prices for her work were sky high. I was quoted by a bridal shop the price to take a dress up, and to add bust cups. Ava assured me that she was cheaper than the bridal stores, and could get it to me faster. \t\n\t\nI was quoted by the bridal shop $65. She quoted me $95. I know times are tough for everyone out there, but as a student, I don't have an extra $30 laying around. \t\n\t\nMake sure you talk about pricing before you decide to follow through with her alterations. She also refuses to talk about prices over the phone, and didn't bring up pricing when I went in for a fitting. If you looking for a good, friendly service - this is Not the place. My husband bought me a dress, but it wasn't exactly what I was looking for. I tried it on and decided not to keep it. Few days later I took it back to the store because I know, it would just get stuck in my closet. The cashier started looking at the dress and accused me of the dress being worn. I only tried it on once, never wore it, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the dress. Not only she accused me of something I did NOT do, but she was very rude in the same time and started giving me an attitude. Eventually they took it back (they had no choice - the dress was fine), but the treatment I got from this sales person was very unprofessional and I know I am not going back to that store again, as a matter of fact I might not be going to any Guess store again. I made the unfortunate decision of buying a bracelet frm this store, bcoz I xpctd some quality in stores that are in Woodfield Mall.Bracelet bled color on my hand & was fully stained with hard to remove color. I took it to the store for a return and the lady told me that it is normal for a bracelet to bleed color and stain hands!No xchg bcoz I had lost my chance to xchg after 7 days xchng policy.She said she has no idea of the quality of products she sells and the suppliers. In fact,she never wears the stuff the sells in her shop probably bcoz she doesnâÂÂt trust the quality herself!She asked me what I expected from a bracelet with a low price!She said that maybe bcoz it bled it was on sale.All the while she was incredibly rude!She made it sound as if it was my mistake that I shopped from her stall!
