Don't let the one star fool you, there was no option for zero stars! This is a great bank if you are have a compulsion to be aggravated and nickel and dimed to death. Rather than bank here I suggest you simply get in your car and drive in cirlces repeatedly through a toll booth. Call the "customer service" line 100 times and see if you ever speak to the same person twice! This bank is a joke!
