Rockport is a part of the Pike County region/metro area of Illinois. Major attractions include Clark 54 Drive In and Club Mississippi. Each year in the summer season there is the Annual Fairy Festival. Among the biggest companies in Rockport are Two Rivers Marina and Diamond Communications. The biggest schools here are Pleasant Hill Elementary School and Pittsfield High School. One of the best places to visit when you are in Rockport is American Legion Park.
