Why is this place even open? they clearly don't want to serve or encourage customers to shop there. They act as if the customer is bothering them to no end. So why are they there, This is a continuing problem and had heard it before but like most dismissed it as one opinion. I had been looking at styles engagement rings for months on-line and in several jewelers in IL and WI. I was seen a pattern of so many looking the same. I wanted something timeless but different. I found a CAD drawing and had in my phone for months. I seem to keep going back to it and finally we made a decision it was the one. We had no idea what it would cost to make it a reality. So we went to see Christopher for the 2nd time to see what it would take in our price range. He was beyond easy to work with and we were pleasantly surprised by the affordability.
