THESE ARE THE RUDEST PEOPLE, I HAVE EVER SEEN WITHIN THE BEST BUY CELL PHONE AREA. I OBSERVED THE FULL SITUATION THAT WAS HUMBLE AND BECAME WORSE BECAUSE THE WORKERS COULD NOT FIX WHAT THEY HAD MADE A MAJOR MISTAKE ON THE MALE CUSTOMERS CELL PHONE. THEY MESSED UP HIS SIM CARD AND LOST ALL HIS PHONE NUMBERS AND THEY COULD NOT RETRIEVE THEM AGAIN AND THEY GOT FRUSTRATED. All I can Say is my Radio Fell into my dash board. It and my panels on my two front doors did not fit correctly and door handle on the inside barley works. I have to tugg on it... I saw one of the "BOOM DID IT CUSTOM CAR AUDIO JEEPS" IN TOWN AND STOPPED THE GUY. HE FIXED EVERYTHING FOR ME AND MY WIFE AND IT WAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE... Me and my wife took the radio back the next day to "BEST aka HORRIBLE BUY" and purchased another for BOOM DID IT CUSTOMS. Why did I go to them because the knew what they were doing and was overly professional and they completed the installation at my job the following day.. No holds barred... NEVER BEST BUY.....
