You're right pjw2020202. I researched Redhawks completion of The Coaches Training Institute: Core Curriculum Training quoted on the website. Only 5 courses, each are 3 day courses. A total of 15 days of training. No accreditation, no certification. Coaching is not regulated, technically anyone can hang up a sign and call themselves a coach. One of the problems in the coaching industry is that anyone can call themselves a professional, life or personal coach. I strongly suggest work with a coach that's been accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). The ICF provides independent certification that is the benchmark of the professional coaching industry. Seriously, 15 days of training constitutes a professional coach to advise one in relationships, life directions, transitions or healthier lifestyle??? The coach at Redhawk Coaching helped me and comforted me to get over my ex. I was in a low place and could not get myself out. I saw a local therapist and it did not seem to help as much as I was hoping. I started to seek out and consider unorthodox methods of help and came across life coaching.
