One example of our great customer service was when one client forgot about a meeting that was to be held the following day. BOSS was contacted at 8:30 p.m. about the assignment and the first half was sent via e-mail. At 10:30 p.m. our client was still working on the other half of the project. After completing the project, our client found that her e-mail was not working. At 11:30 p.m., a BOSS representative went to the client's office to complete the assignment.
