Rysher Kennels

I took my dogs there last weekend. I waited a week because I was so unset. They came back smelling like they had laid in there own waste all weekend. I took their own food with instructions and brought home almost all of it. I had counted my dogs meds so I know for a fact that they did not give them to her. They seem like nice people but my dogs have been boarded all over the United States and this was the worst experience ever. ...read more

Rysher Kennels

We had to board our beloved lab for the first time and we were very nervous about it. We were told about Rysher Farms by a friend and we are soo thankful we took our lab there! She had a wonderful time and smelled beautiful (we got the scrub option!) when we picked her up. She was worn out from fun and was soo happy to see us. She wasn't sad thinking that we were abandoning her, instead she thought she was on vacation.....at the Ritz Carlton! I highly recommend Rysher Farms and I know we don't plan on taking our dog anywhere else! ...read more

We have boarded our 3 dogs at several other kennels in the area upon our move to Springfield last year and have found that our dogs seem to be so happy at Rysher Farms, unlike most of the other places we picked them up, they always seemed depressed and the kennel said they did not eat well either. At jRyshers, one day we came home early and our dogs were not bathed and ready to go as we were supposed to be there to pick them up at 6 and we showed up at 2:00. Much to our delight, our dogs were romping around in the play yard, jumping in and out of the pool, which was located under a roofed over area out of the blazing sun (these guys think of everything!). They were wet and dirty and having a wonderful time! We were more than happy to wait for Angie to go ahead and give them all baths and do their nails as she has done them many times before and they always look and smell great when they greet us when we pick them up!! We've found our dogs second home for sure! ...read more
