Tom R. and his apprentice Tom came to install a back up sump pump that I purchased with another company. I was immediately impressed when they put on their shoe covers at the door and introduced themselves and said where they were from and what they were here to do before stepping through the door. They were both polite and courteous. Tom R. was so knowledgeable and helped me understand what he was doing and how everything worked with the sump pump.
