My husband was applying for a FHA Mortgage loan. He met with Dee Bent at the Sheridan facility. I had also spoke with Dee on the phone regarding this loan. Both my husband and I felt that Dee was demeaning and arrogant. Our loan approval was contingent upon proper documentation but was pre-approved. When Konrad asked if he could drop off the remaining documentation, Dee was oonce again arrogant in her statement that "she hoped she would be available".
