So besides the fact my sister in law wedding was almost ruined because they ordered the wrong color dress when my brother already had tux on the way... I thought Hey I'll try it oht maybe it's a fluke.... The girl who ever she was, was rude and bossy. I gave her a budget she refused to stick with. Everything on me was horrid and not flattering at all. She didn't have a clue about what she was looking for or talking about. My best friend said I don't think this one is it to me and the girl told her That's she thinks she knows how to do her job. We were so shocked we district have a response. I left upset and discouraged. I even considered canceling the wedding and just getting eloped. I didn't feel like a bride Point blank this place acts nice and fancy but they need to get it together and make brides not Slam dresses for rediculous prices down our throats. Stay away from the Grand Prairie location! They rip'd me off! During a "buy 1 get 1 1/2 off" sale I bought 3 pair of shoes(1-$79, 1-$29, 1-$20 this was the 1/2 off pair) I went to return the $29 pair(well within the return days).I was told bcuz that sale was no longer on they would hv to "return" all pairs and start over. I didnt understand this as the pair in question wasnt effected by the sale @ all! After the "re-ring" he refunded me $16.97 when I paid $29.99! The very rude sales clerk(tall guy w/earring)said this was their policy & directed my complaints to an 800# on my sales slip. He said the price was now different on thos shoes. I went & got those shoes from the shelf where they STILL were priced $29.99! He again directed me to 800#. When I call(3x now) Im on hold for over 30 min each time w/ no one ever coming onto the line! SHOP ELSEWHERE! or be prepared to keep what you buy! What a rip off! ...read more
