JB Murr, now known as Genesis Dist ripped off my mom and dad and was threatening to my sister on the phone when she tried to get their money back. In my opinion Justin Murr sounds like a dangerous man who is capable of just about anything. I would not recommend this company to anyone. When trying to set an appointment for promised cleaning of my home it took 2 weeks to have my call returned. I had already contacted BBB when my call was finally returned. Now I am trying to call to confirm the date and again having trouble reaching anyone. In fact the # listed here is no longer in service. I called the 800# and they gave me a number but all I get is an answering machine from Genus Distributing (or something like that). This is very frustrating.
