I am not a sporty person - in fact I hate to work out! Well, make that, hated to work out! Now I actually enjoy it and look forward to it. I started out of shape, out of stamina and suffering with an past ankle injury. I thought I wanted to start working out to look better in summer clothes, but it didn't take long for me to find out that it was also making my ankle feel better than it had in years. You see, Kyle has a physical therapy back-ground. He worked to stretch out the ankle and build strength....along with helping me shed 17lbs! I look and feel better than I have in years! I have been going to the gym for years and was frustrated because I couldn’t achieve my fitness goals. I decided to begin working with a personal trainer and believe I’ve found the best trainer available. Kyle is extremely professional and very personable. Although my sessions with him are tough – they should be – I find that my time with him has been well spent. I have lost weight and gained strength. Kyle is dedicated to his job and is committed to helping me achieve my goals. Kyle’s positive attitude is infectious. He maintains a careful eye on me during my workouts and points out what I’m doing right, what needs to be changed and how to do the exercises correctly.
