This place is a hidden gem in Pk Ridge. A very quiet, clean salon. Heidi is a wonderful hair colorist/stylist and does a great job. No appt is required and if you go in on a weekday, it is usually pretty empty. It would be great if they offered coffee to the clients, but fortunately Starbucks is just a short walk away. Scissors is our girls' favorite salon because of Gordana ~ she has a wonderful, warm manner, and does a great job with their cuts. She always finishes their "do" by spraying sparkles into their hair, making them feel like princesses! ...read more

I'm extremely happy with Michael Vaughan Hair Design, and love my stylist Milanka. She's absolutely the best. My cuts and coloring are always topnotch.
