We have been doing our taxes here for years. This past time we did our taxes last month was the worst experience. From the yelling of the lady to another client on the phone to overcharging us for simple taxes. It took 10 min to click through and process our taxes. I asked for a reduced rate they charged me 175.00. My mother who goes only pays 140.00 and has more work than my taxes. Needless to say they are not getting our business back next year due to increased rates for processing simple returns. Rip off...and rude ...read more
