SHE IS NOTHING BUT TERRIBLE. SHE WORKS FOR THE CITY OF OTTAWA, IL. SHE FINES EVERYBODY EVEN FOR PETTY OFFENSES SUCH AS EXCESSIVE NOISE (A TV/AND A MAN AND HIS SON PRACTICING DUCK CALLS) I HAD A COURT TIME OF 2:00 I SAT IN THE COURTROOM BY MYSELF AND AT 2:35 SHE FINALLY SHOWED UP SHE TOLD ME I HAD LESS THAN 2 MINUTES TO MAKE A DECISION OF PLEADING GUILTY OR GOING TO A BENCH TRIAL, SHE ALSO TOLD ME "NOTHING YOU HAVE TO SAY MATTERS". I WANTED TO SPEAK TO A PUBLIC DEFENDER AND WAS DENIED AND WAS TOLD IF I WANTED A LAWYER I HAD TO HIRE ONE.
