I just have my daughter's 3rd birthday party at Pump It Up this past Saturday. I am so happy that I made my decision to have her party here. From the moment, we arrived, the staff were courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We had 4 staff members who were energetic and made sure that we kept on a schedule. The place is extremely clean and efficient. Parents were commenting how they will have their kids party at Pump It Up because it was just a great experience. By the way, I also come here on Free Jump Days for my 3 year old and also had a wonderful experience. Thanks Pump It Up for my making my daughter's 3rd birthday a wonderful day!!!! ...read more

I recently had a family loss and live in Hawaii. Called on Saturday afternoon, needing flowers for a Sunday viewing. They were so gracious in helping me in this troubled time. Received a photo of the display and was very impressed. They were beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I believe they went above and beyond for such short notice, and it was much appreciated.
