How can I say this computer repair center is terrible? Here's what happened, I contacted their services around May 24th of 2011 asking if they had a 15" Mac Book Pro screen with model # and age of Mac Book since the parts change by year and if they could install. Yes so they claimed so by the 26th I had dropped off my computer. I was given a fair price, their office was hard to locate but well kept, their employees well friendly, and I waited for 20 mins to speak to someone inside the building as their only visiable customer. I called the next week asking about the status. I was informed it would be 1 more day beyond their original expectation of 5-6 days. Now its been a week which if your keeping track is the current estimation of time for repair... I am informed they ordered the incorrect part after being informed what the part was before I dropped my computer off. They expressed their apologies and ask for roughly a week for the new part and its installation. Here's where the fall below bad. They hadn't recieved the part on time which could be the shipping company but is still an incorrect quote of time. They then consistantly took longer than 5-8 mins on the phone to find the tracking # and estimation of completion, once even more than 40 mins in which they were supposed to call back in 20 mins but I had to instead. Then I call now two weeks after the original drop off and am told the part will be installed and there on that day or the next. A family member calls in the following day and is told a two days more delay and the employee claims that was the original time he told me the day before. A lie. Finally today 2/3rds a month later I call and they tell me I can pick the computer up tomorrow because they don't have the correct part. Absolutely disgusting to have even wasted my time and hope no one else has to be delayed, lie to, and generally ignored as a client. Sincerly a Honest Patron. ...read more
