The pharmacists and assistants should get other jobs. They tell you your scripts are ready, you make several calls to make sure, as you don't have unlimited transportation, plus of course you need your medication. One time I was assured my medicine was ready, four trips that I could not afford to make, and they still didn't have it. Homemaker service allows me 25 miles per month, one trip per week for medical,one for shopping. They caused me to use up my trips and mileage, and they I could get groceries, to the dentist, etc. this happens all the time, not once. I asked repeatedly if for some reason you don't have it, call me so there is not a wasted trip. Yesterday the same thing again. I have had all but one script transferred as they don't like to transfer pain meds.Only in an emergency will I ever go to walgreens again. carol ann mikita ...read more
