Even 1 star is too many. Their rates seem reasonable to me. The service I received for the price I paid, that's another story. It could have been much better. Some issues found initially did get resolved. But others, coming to light after a visit by a local plumber, haven't been. Nor does this business wish to take responsibility for them. Be sure to read what reviews you can. We each has to decide on the relevance of them to determine if we trust a merchant enough. I received excellent service from Jerry Platania. He knows his buisness well and is not pushy. He was extremely helpful with answering all our questions.
