Completely poor service. I was late for an appointment last week by approx. 30 minutes and was told I missed my appointment and would have to pay a fine for missing. I decided to wait for an opening since I only had two people in front of me. Well after 40 minutes I decided to leave and reschedule. I rescheduled for the following week and showed up at my exact appointment time. Well this time I was told my wait would be well over 40 minutes and can reschedule if that was a problem. First I'm getting charged for showing up late, which was my fault and I don't deny that. I show up on time the next time and am told too bad and wait. Don't schedule everyone at once and expect the patients to wait since you're the Doctor that can make up the rules. Should we fine you for making us wait...never going again. ...read more
