They came to fix a shower faucet that wouldn't turn off. I ended up with a broken handle put on backwards and the other shower heads in the shower won't turn off at all and only spray cold water . In addition, they put a deep surface scrath in the travertine tile from the tools they used. When we called to have them remedy everything, THEY WOULDNT DO IT!! THEY STARTED YELLING AT ME!!! The receptionist wouldbt even give me the owners name!! So we are taking them to small claims court. Sad how terrible and poorly business are run today. A lot of other companies to use..
