I shopped at Michael's Fresh Market in Naperville yesterday (3/3) around noon time. I wanted to purchase fish. However, no service personwas there which happened very often. So, I went to the back room looking for the service guy. When he came out, I told him that he should be available to the cusomers all the time. He was very unhappy to hear this. When I asked for certain pieces of fish, he refused to give them to me. So, I said I would report to your management, his face turned to be very scary and warned me not to say anything to the management. In order to get my fish, I decided to keep quiet.\t\n\t\nAfter I got my fish, I did not talk to the manager because I never had a good experience with the manager in this store. In fact, most of the staff of this store are either not friendly or could not answer the question because don't speak English.\t\n\t\nI hope the Corporate of the Michael's could do something on this issue. Stir Fry of your choosing. Good Food and service. Similar to the Mongolian BBQ chain, you choose what is to go into you stir fry from a buffet style bar than turn it over to the cooks to prepare.
