GBL hired my company to produce submittal drawings for a project they were installing. A proposal was sent to GBL, and it was signed and returned by the owner. My company completed the work, delivered the drawings, and submitted an invoice for the completed work to GBL. We have yet to receive payment. In fact, repeated attempts to contact GBL has resulted in nothing. We have sent multiple emails, postal mail, and voicemail, and have never gotten a response. It has now been over a year.
