So far, my experience with them has been very frustrating. Went in to purchase a garden tractor over 4.5 weeks ago. Was told it would be 1-2 weeks. After 3 weeks, I called and was told it was on the truck, will be here within a week. Another week and a half and nothing yet. Called several times and get answering machine that says their voice mail is broken, call back later. Also, they are expensive. Charging MSRP for tractor and accessories and $60 for pickup/delivery. Also, would only allow 1/2 of purchase to be on check-card. The other half has to be cash / check due to Visa/MC fees. They are squabbling over $40!!
