frames are flimsy, don't stay adjusted. lenses not fitted correctly for no line bifocals, tint looks like it was sprayed on. Would NEVER recommend this place!!!!! ...read more

I recently had brought back a pair of glasses where the frames were deterating and they are going to replace the frames. I told them that i needed new glasses and they said I'd have to pay for new lenses. WHY? When I'm getting new glasses anyways? Now I have to make the over 40 minute drive there and back twice due to their a problem not caused by me. Without asking for any reembursing for my gas coming to fix a problem caused by them and needing to go back more than I should have to. Very poor customer care. I'm going to contact the BBB about this for sure. Go someplace else!! Someplace where you won't have to wait two weeks to see the eye doctore AGAIN due to them not getting it right in the first place. With the way the world is today, businesses should be doing whatever they can to keep customers, not finding ways to put them out of more money and make them wait! ...read more
