Be warned what everyone says about being a ripoff it IS. I was charged for light bulbs that had burned out. Light bulbs! They make $1275 a month per unit and charge for burned out light bulbs. And over 100 for cleaning when we had all three parents thoroughly clean the place, shampoo rugs, clean fridge, there wasn't a dirty anything left there. We even vacuumed up the bugs that were all over after maintenance sprayed. This place is revolting and shady and so is the management. I'd give zero stars if I could. ...read more

good things--very convienent of going to school. fully furnished. laundry mat. opportunites to meet lots of new people. mail efficient. lit sidewalk to school for night walks to the gym or night classes. right by baseball fields to walk to the games. close to gas station. roomate placement. bad things--very cheaply made. loud people, late at night. not always reliable. limited amount of parking passes. cheat you for every penny. bad management. ...read more
