I could not possibly say enough positive things about DTS. They fit me in their full schedule and had our system up and working for under $100. I had multiple quotes to replace my furnace and Paradise was the lowest. The furnace (a Goodman) they recommended has been less than reliable. Each fall, I have to pay for a service call to have the sensors cleaned and errors cleared. The unit has had multiple mechanical issues that require a service fee each time they come out. The owner is confrontational, at best, when you inquire about your options to have the unit repaired. My suggestion is to consider another vendor and a higher quality furnace. Buyer beware!
