My family and I were stopped in at the General Store for an ice cream cone on Saturday during the Mansfield Festival. It was my first time in the store. I purchased a few items earlier in the day and returned later with my family to get an ice cream cone in their parlor. It was a bit crowded, so we worked around the other customers, no problem. One of the ladies working behind the counter verbally attacked us because of a mix up of what type of cone we wanted. She yelled at me that she had been working since 8:00 and that she didn't have to put up with my attitude. All I did was state that I wanted a sugar cone, my fault, I didn't know they had two different kinds. She then proceeded to throw my money back at me with the change bouncing off the counter and told the man working behind the counter that I had an attitude and I was acting like a _itch. I was shocked. I threw my cone away and said that I would not be back . I don't understand why she was so rude and insulting. ...read more

Mike showed up with his tech assistant Kenny (in the light brown carhartts) at my home on Saturday afternoon 12-12-09 at around 2:30 in a Red Chevy 3500 HD Dually, kind of like a ghost right out of one of my favorite car & truck magazines!
