I've done airbrush tanning before and Total Image is the best out of all the tanning salons I've tried. I went in for an airbrush tan on friday and am very pleased with the turnout! I now have a nice tan that isn't orange and streaky like tanning beds will make you. The studio is gorgeous and very state-of the-art. The owner is a very kind and genuine person who shows an interest in the customer. I have never had a spray tan before and was a little scared of the outcome. But Total Image was able to give me a natural, even tan in 10 minutes! It took about 5 minutes to apply and 5 to dry. There was no smell afterward, and it's 4 days later and the tan still looks great and is fading evenly. I usually don't write reviews unless it's been a really good or bad one.\t\n Well what brought me to this Salon was a bad experience about 2 weeks ago at one of the Lombard location hair salon. The hair and the color looked so bad, words can't even describe it! That made me look up other hair salons in the area, and a few minutes later I was on the phone with the owner Cheryl. I told her what had happened and asked for her help. The friendly voice on the other side of the line re-assured me that as bad as it is, that she personally will help me look and feel better about my new style. I have been in sales all my life, and I have to say she had impressed me already, with the customer service and her attitude.\t\nNow I see why most hair salons have only 2-3 stars and so many complains. I mean, at Attitudes, you see the difference right away. \t\nCheryl was able to get rid of "rainbow colors" in my hair, and the best thing, she did it all in the period of 1.5 hrs total (something that takes other places 3-4 hrs minimum), and no pain resulting in pulling my hair like most hair dressers seem not to care about.\t\nProfessional, and high quality places like this one is, should have their business promoted and I am taking time out of my busy schedule to do so. I had my bridal hair and makeup done by Cheryl a couple of weeks ago and I could not have been happier. Attitudes is SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper for bridal hair and makeup than every other place in Chicago, and they do a FANTASTIC job. They were flexible with my schedule, which was rather crazy since it was an Indian wedding. Cheryl didn't have quite the color I was looking for in lipstick during my trial, but when she showed up on the wedding day, she had gone shopping and gotten a new lipstick and lip gloss that was absolutely perfect for my outfits.
