Well, I have been an avid fan of this shop for years and have always looked forward to my visits to Lebanon just so I could go there and buy great items for my home...they never disappointed! For my birthday in August, my husband offered to take me to Lebanon for a fun afternoon of shopping and lunch, so I grabbed my debit card and smiled all the way to Lebanon. Imagine my horror upon arriving at one of all-time favorite shops only to discover it EMPTY! Yes, folks...The Tivoli Antique Company is no longer. I guess the downward spiral of the economy was more than they could withstand, so they closed the shop. I have done several "google" searches to see if they just moved, but have come up with nothing, so I guess I will just have to move on. Lebanon will never be as appealing to me as it once was! I live in Chicago where cool shopping is the norm. However, this store is by far one of the coolest I have ever been to. Not only are the people so friendly, but the prices are so reasonable.
