My fiance like this restaraunt as we would like to make it our own Sunday spot. The food has always been very good, the skillets are my favorite. Only thing I don't like about this place is the waitressing staff. Yesterday we ate breakfast there and the waitress we had was rude in my opinion. When I asked for coffee she said "Yeah I know, hold on a second," I finally got my coffee 5 minutes later. I cut her slack because she was pregnant, but I thought the service could have been better. The last time we were there I watched 2 old ladies sit for 20 minutes before the waitress finally came by, when the waitress finally did she said "what do want?" I hosted my sisters Bridal Shower here this past weekend and I would NOT advise anyone host a party here. When I originally booked the event 3 months ago it was with a woman who I guess ended up quitting so the new woman in charge of the banquets was impossible and would not honor anything the other woman told me! We asked for a head table to be set up and she fought with me about it until the last second. Then, I reserved for 35 people, the originally woman I booked with said if we ended up having more, no big deal they would do a headcount and I could pay after. With the new woman, GOD FORBID there were more then 35 chairs! She refused to leave chairs out and if I needed her to bring additional because more guests showed up she made me pay her BEFORE she brought the chair! The package I ordered was family style and included beverages but not alcohol. I ordered a coke and the waitress brought me a receipt for it! That was my last straw!! Even the manager of the restaurant thought the woman who ran the banquets was being ridiculous! They has 2 waitresses working a party for nearly 40 people, and while they did an OK job, at the end when I went to tip them, we were chatting and it turns out that with the new woman in charge of the banquets- the servers dont even get a cent of the 18% gratuity they charge!!
