This is our favorite Chinese restaurant for a couple of generations in our family. They have outstanding Chinese food with egg rolls to die for. We have never had anything bad there. I remember where I was away in school, Magic Wok is always the first place we go when we come home.\t\n\t\nMost items on the menu are made to order so they can accomandate speccial needs like my wife with her allergies. This is a genuinely great and classic place. The original was in Lincoln Park, and was the Gibson's of it's time. A happening place where celebs could be seen. The countryside location (just as old) keeps the quality and charm of the original. The food is incredible. You will never have a bad meal here. Everything's fresh and well-prepared. It is not as popular now, mostly regulars, seniors, and people that remember the original, however it still does great buisness and is a historic name in Chicago dining.
