I am not at all pleased with my first visit there. Went for a routine yearly exam, and they added a bunch of extras!! Now I am being billed over $300 for tests that I did not need or ask for. They just see insurance and do whatever, but my insurance doesn't cover this. Make sure what they are doing, and how much they are charging you for it. I have been with Dr. Multack for about 5 years now. He performed an exploratory surgery which resulted in my appendix being removed within the first year of me seeing him. I thought he was one of the best/kindest doctors I had met. Since then I have seen a gradual decline in his attentiveness and courtesy in his office staff. My last visit was rudely interrupted as his cell phone rang and he continued to talk (legs in stirups) for about 2 to 3 minutes (which seamed to be an eternity). His office staff ignored the first three voicemails in regards to a prescription refill I needed over a week ago and I was just called today by the staff for them to tell me I had to come in and see him for the third time in less than 2 months in order for my prescription to be filled.
